Because of the pandemic, my monthly selections from @heywood_hill have been arriving straight from their supplier, without their signature packaging. TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE. I have been grateful that they found a way to keep the service going amid all this crisis. Imagine my surprise and legit happy dance when I opened this month’s package to see that familiar wrapping paper and blue ribbon! 😍

Only did one day of Week 5 last week so I decided to restart the week to make up for it. Still in the run/walk phase, so my pace is terrible, but my overall distance is coming along.

I’ve never been a fast runner though. Even when I was doing half-marathon training I don’t think I’ve ever broke a 12-minute mile pace, but it’s good to have goals, no? Maybe one day I’ll reach that elusive sub-12 mile. 😁

I’ve got three more #c25k workouts until I hit the no walking phase. Then the real work begins. 😬💪🏼
